Can we have alcohol on the vehicles?
You can have alcohol on the vehicles as long as it stays on the bus. If there are those who are under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on board.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We are not licensed to provide the alcohol, therefore, you have to bring your own. You can bring unopened bottle and cans of alcohol to drink while you and your guests are in the vehicle.
Are we allowed to smoke in the vehicles?
We like our vehicles to stay fresh and clean for all our customers so no smoking is allowed. You do have unlimited stops so that you can take a smoke break when needed.
Can we bring food on the vehicles?
You may bring food and other types of drinks on the vehicles. Try not to make a mess though. If you do, you may be charged a cleaning fee.
Are children allowed to come into the vehicles?
Yes, children can come. We are perfect for birthday parties and school dances. When children are on the vehicles, there cannot be any alcohol.
Is there any bathrooms?
We are not licensed to provide the alcohol, therefore, you have to bring your own. You can bring unopened bottle and cans of alcohol to drink while you and your guests are in the vehicle.
Can I see your state and insurance paperwork?
You absolutely can! If you would like to see them, just let us know and we will be happy to send you a copy.
What are your hours?
You can call us at any time to ask questions or to make your reservation. That way you can call us when the time is right for you.
Are there any hidden fees you don't tell me about?
We have nothing to hide from you. If you will informed of all potential charges when you make the reservation.
Do we tip the driver?
Your hourly rate includes price of the rental, taxes and the minimum tip for the driver. You do not have to tip the driver any more. If you would like to tip him/her more, they would greatly appreciate it.
Are there any discounts?
We have deals and specials all the time but the only way to find out, is to give us a call.
Can I cancel the reservation?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow for any cancellation. Once you have agreed to the booking, you are required to pay for the services if you use it or not.
